Legal and trust center
Clear operating policies for prepaid credits, API key usage, refunds, privacy, and support.
Terms of Service
SYC API provides developer API gateway services for lawful application development. Customers are responsible for their prompts, outputs, account security, API key usage, and compliance with applicable laws and service policies.
SYC API issues its own customer-facing virtual keys and does not sell or transfer upstream provider credentials. Model names and availability are published only after provider validation. Third-party model services remain subject to their applicable provider terms, geographic restrictions, safety policies, and availability.
Privacy Policy
SYC API processes request metadata for billing, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. We do not sell customer data. We do not use customer API requests to train models. Request logs should be retained only for a limited operational period and access should be restricted.
Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use SYC API for illegal activity, credential theft, malware, spam, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, policy evasion, or content that violates applicable law or service rules. Accounts may be limited or suspended to protect the service and other customers.
Refund Policy
Each credit pack states both its purchase price and the amount of API usage credits included. The difference covers gateway operations, payment processing, support, fraud risk, and reliability. Unused included API credits may be eligible for a proportional refund within 14 days when the account is in good standing. Used credits, operational fees already consumed, abuse-related suspensions, chargeback fraud, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refund. Approved full or partial refunds reverse the corresponding proportion of API credits and may suspend keys if the resulting balance becomes negative.
