Terms of Service

SYC API provides developer API gateway services for lawful application development. Customers are responsible for their prompts, outputs, account security, API key usage, and compliance with applicable laws and service policies.

Privacy Policy

SYC API processes request metadata for billing, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. We do not sell customer data. We do not use customer API requests to train models. Request logs should be retained only for a limited operational period and access should be restricted.

Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use SYC API for illegal activity, credential theft, malware, spam, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, policy evasion, or content that violates applicable law or service rules. Accounts may be limited or suspended to protect the service and other customers.

Refund Policy

Unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase when the account is in good standing. Used credits, abuse-related suspensions, chargeback fraud, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds. Approved refunds may suspend API keys if the account balance becomes negative.
